Sometimes we unconsciously get stuck in reactions or outcomes that are not quite what we want. We use an array of techniques, EMDR, Brainspoting & Somatic Therapies, to guide you back to your inner resources to create the insight and healing that interrupt the unhealthy cycle. You DESERVE a trusting and healing space! Stephanie cares and has so much passion for inner work. She primarily focuses on longer and more extensive sessions (called an Intensive Session) as well as full day sessions (called an Intensive Breakthrough). WHAT IS AN INTENSIVE SESSION: You choose one issue. All though Stephanie does not like to put a time constraint on intensive sessions- this is the most common question. They typically last 90 minutes and include another hour follow up on this same issue to ensure it is completely clear. WHAT IS A BREAKTHROUGH: You choose one of the 6 areas of life (that includes multiple issues) to reset and heal. 6 Areas of life: Personal Growth and Development Relationships Spirituality/Religion Family Physical Health Career It is an opportunity to focus and reset all the issues within the selected area of life. Common Breakthrough Sessions: FOR SELF Relationship with Food, Health and Fitness Professional Athlete Medical/Injury Trauma Career Leadership Obstacles Spiritual/Religious Conflicts Identity Clarity Physician/Provider Fatigue Life Transitions- New Parent, Ending a Relationship, Healing Post-Divorce, Children Leaving the home, Retirement Wanting a Partner Should I or how do I end my current Relationship (with my partner, parent, etc) For Our RELATIONSHIP (2 People & Both Parties Agree): Marriage/Partner Reset CoParenting Reset Father/Mother-Son/Daughter Reset Sibling Reset Any Desired Family Resets Breakthroughs Sessions Include an integrative approach: 1:1 with Stephanie releasing/closing old hurt and pain in your selected area life.
